New Year, New You!

The New Year is a great time to set intentions for the year ahead. Its tempting to start the year setting goals and making resolutions. 12 months however is a long time and oftentimes the goals we set out to 'obtain' with eagerness at the start of the year can fall by the wayside as the year goes on....

So what to do? I suggest breaking the year into quarters and focusing on your intention for each quarter. This is a much more achievable period of time and fits in nicely with the seasons. I also think its helpful to review and set your intentions around who you want to be and how you want to show up in the world. Then letting this be your north star for the the actions you take over the course of the year. I hope this serves you.
