Thank you so much for supporting my work. Every piece you buy helps me keep creating and sharing art from my studio in Cornwall. Please take a moment to read through these Terms and Conditions before placing your order — they’re here to make sure everything runs smoothly for both of us.

Artwork
​All artwork — whether a print, original, or commission — is created by me, Gemma Vermont. I take great care to represent colours and details as accurately as possible, but please remember that screens can vary slightly from the real thing.
Originals are sometimes available to purchase, though these are not currently listed on the website — please get in touch if you’re interested. Commissions are always considered, and I’d love to chat about your ideas.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include UK shipping.
Payment is accepted securely by credit or debit card. Once payment is received, your order is confirmed and I’ll start preparing your artwork for delivery.
Shipping & Delivery
I aim to get your new artwork to you safely and quickly.
UK Orders:
Shipping is included in the price and sent via Royal Mail Tracked and Signed, please allow up to 7 working days.​
International Orders:
I’m very happy to ship worldwide! Artwork is sent via Royal Mail or UPS, depending on size and destination. Shipping costs range from £20–£40, and delivery usually takes around 2 weeks.
Please note that any customs duties or import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
Returns & Refunds
I really hope you love your new piece. However, if for any reason you’re not completely happy, you can return it within 14 days of delivery. The artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Once I receive it safely, I’ll issue a refund (excluding return postage).

Damaged or Missing Items
If your artwork arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive when expected, please get in touch as soon as possible. Send a few photos or details so I can sort things quickly — I want to make sure you’re completely happy with your experience.
Copyright & Usage
All artworks, images, and content on this website are the property of Gemma Vermont and are protected by copyright law.
Purchasing a piece of my work doesn’t transfer any reproduction or image rights — the artwork is for personal enjoyment only. Please don’t copy, reproduce, or use my images commercially without permission.
Commissions
Commissions are a wonderful way to create something personal and unique. If you’re interested, please get in touch to discuss your ideas. A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your commission, with the remaining balance due before delivery.
Privacy
Any personal details you share with me — like your name, address, or email — are kept completely private. They’re used only for processing and delivering your order, and I’ll never share them with anyone else.
