Be your full self at Rosehip Barn and take time to connect and be present with the wonderment of that.

So often we can be so consumed by the hurly burly of life that we can forget ourselves. We can get distracted, caught up and lost in the barrage of to do’s and what if’s.

We can forget that we are already whole, we are already ‘enough’ that there is nothing that we ‘need’, to simply be.


So I invite you to take a moment to stop. To connect with your breath. To connect with the earth below you. To simply be in this moment. To let all expectation slip away and to remind yourself that you are already your full self. There is no lack. You need only to allow yourself permission to be that which you already are, unapologetically, you. And know that that is enough, that you are enough, and all is well.


Can you? Can you allow yourself to be complete as you are?

Can you allow your breath to deepen your awareness of yourself, to bring to the surface anything which is holding you back from being authentically you.

With each breath go deeper and throughout your day take time to simply be with your breath. Intentional breathing says Thich Nhat Hanh in his wisdom is a pathway to peace.
