My prints are hand-produced using Hahnemulle Photo Rag ultra premium fine art paper (310gsm) A fantastically accurate and consistent reproduction of the original painting using superior giclée printing techniques, that will last a lifetime with appropriate care.
Each print is rolled in acid free tissue paper and shipped in a cardboard tube. Shipping available to the UK and EU.

Items that are damaged or incorrect can be returned for a full refund including shipping costs providing the item(s) are returned within 30 days (12 days if buying as a business purchase). Items must be unused and in the original packaging (unless the packaging is damaged in which case the items should be re-packaged to ensure their safe return).
To return an item please email evolutionarygem@outlook.com in the first instance so we can discuss the matter and seek to resolve it.
If the items are not damaged or incorrect but you decide that you no longer want them, then I accept returns as long as you email me within 14 days of receiving the items and then return the items in their original packaging within 14 days following the date of your email. Following receipt of the item, I will refund the price for the item (but not the shipping costs). I can only provide a refund if the items are unused and undamaged upon their return. Please note that this does not apply if you are buying as a business).
Where you are eligible for a refund, I will credit the card or account which you used to purchase the items.
