Booking: Appointments must be booked at least 3 days in advance, with full payment at the time of booking.

Cancellations: Please give at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with more than 48 hours’ notice are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, are normally non-refundable.

Exceptional circumstances: I understand that unexpected situations arise. If something unforeseen prevents you from attending, please get in touch. I’ll consider exceptional circumstances individually and may offer a refund or alternative appointment where appropriate.
